Sanjay Lavakare, formerly a part of Bengaluru's IT industry, made a career shift towards his true passion for art. After working in IT for 16 years, he chose to pursue painting full-time rather than take a sabbatical. Sanjay is a regular participant at the Chithra Santhe, showcasing his latest artwork that captures the spirit of Koramangala. Inspired by discussions with his old neighbors Ashish and Ritu of L Street, Koramangala, Sanjay incorporated 50-60 unique elements from the neighborhood in his painting. Some of these elements are easily recognizable, while others require a closer look to decipher.
